About LinkedIn Tango

Tango is LinkedIn's daily logic puzzle where you fill a grid with suns and moons. Simple balancing rules and a few equal and opposite signs are enough to find the single solution. Below are today's LinkedIn Tango hints and the solved grid.

How to play LinkedIn Tango

Fill every cell in the 6x6 grid with either a sun or a moon. Each row and each column must contain the same number of suns and moons, three of each.

No more than two of the same symbol can sit next to each other in a row or column. An = sign between two cells means they must match, and an × sign means they must be opposites.

LinkedIn TangoTips & Strategies

  • Start with the = and × signs; they turn one known cell into two.
  • Wherever two identical symbols sit side by side, the cells on either end must be the opposite symbol.
  • Count each row and column: once a line has three suns, every remaining cell in it must be a moon.
  • Look for gaps between two identical symbols; the middle cell must be the other symbol.
  • Work in passes across rows, then columns; each pass usually unlocks a few more cells.
