Calculator Game is a free online math and logic puzzle designed to test your arithmetic prowess, forward planning, and problem-solving skills. Starting from an initial number on a retro calculator display, your objective is to hit the exact Target value within a limited number of Moves using only the available operational keys.
Unlike an ordinary pocket calculator, this calculator puzzle game introduces dynamic number mutation keys like digit reversals, digit sums, shifts, appends, and mirrors alongside classic arithmetic operations (+, -, ×, ÷). With 500 handcrafted levels ranging from Easy to Expert, it offers an addictive mental workout for players of all ages.
Adds, subtracts, multiplies, or divides the display value. Note: Division only executes when the result is a clean integer.
Attaches a digit to the end of the current number (e.g. 12 becomes 125 when pressing [5]).
Inverts the digit sequence of the current number (e.g. 1204 reverses to 4021; leading zeroes are dropped).
Calculates the sum of all individual digits on the display (e.g. 987 becomes 9 + 8 + 7 = 24).
Rotates the first digit of the number to the end of the number (e.g. 1234 shifts to 2341).
Trims the rightmost digit off the display (e.g. 438 becomes 43; single-digit numbers become 0).
The Calculator Game is a free online math and logic puzzle where players start with a specific number on a retro calculator display and must reach a target number within a restricted number of moves using a limited set of math operations.
To play the Calculator Game, look at the target number and move limit on the display, then tap the available operation buttons (such as addition, multiplication, digit append, reversal, sum, or shift) in sequence to transform your starting number to the exact target before running out of moves.
Special mutation buttons provide unique math transformations: REV inverts the order of digits (e.g. 1204 becomes 4021), SUM replaces the number with the sum of its individual digits (e.g. 84 becomes 12), and SHIFT moves the leading digit to the end (e.g. 1234 becomes 2341).
The Calculator Game features 500 progressive levels across 4 difficulty tiers: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Expert, each introducing new mathematical constraints and operation combinations.
Yes, the Calculator Game is completely free to play in your browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile with no download, registration, or payment required.
In the Calculator Game, division only executes if it results in an exact whole integer. If a division would produce a decimal fraction, the move is invalid and the display value remains unchanged.
